August 2, 2009Jill and I try very hard to really get to know our clients. We usually get to spend a day initially shooting the couple at their engagement session. Dinner usually follows. Then there is all the back and forth of bouncing ideas and thoughts for the big day that Jill is exceptional at. Needless to say that when the wedding finally arrives and we get to be a part of the bride and groom’s special day … there is a wonderful connection between photographer and the newly-wed.
That connection is never more apparent than at the end of the night after everyone gets to unwind with some bootie shakin’ and maybe a drink or two. Jill is the ultimate professional but if the bride decides that she needs to get her bridesmaids, wedding coordinator and photographer together for a shot of Patron then I guess the customer is always right.
Kali and Tommy’s wedding was amazing and we had a blast getting to know them. Here is a shot (double entendre) of Jill solidifying her year long friendship with her favorite bride. Cheers. ~ T
