Monique Lhuillier Fall 2012 Runway and Backstage

Last week was Fashion Week in New York … I had the exciting opportunity to photograph a handful of shows. It put a smile on my face to be working back in Fashion again! For one show I was granted the golden BACKSTAGE ticket. Of course this was my favorite story that came out of the week as it was Monique Lhuillier’s eye-popping ready-to-wear that took center stage. Fiery Red and Sexy Black, Leather, Feathers and Fur! It was as if Monique was enveloping us in a big, juicy Valentines SMOOCH with her red carpet regale. I hope you enjoy the eye-candy as much as I did shooting it. There are some amazing dress idea’s for the Black Tie Wedding, Brides Maides Dresses and even a handful of less-revealing ideas for the Mother of the Bride. 2011 was all about a Bride in Black, will 2012 feature her in RED? At the very least – she MUST have red lips (= Happy Fashion Friday ….
