I’ve known Michael Olinger since the day he was born! I don’t remember that day very well because I was probably like 4 years old. But we definitely go WAY BACK. Mike’s sister, Kerry, and I were practically inseparable for the first 15 years of our lives, as we all grew up on the same block. In 1988 the Olinger family moved to Southern California (lucky them). But I still see Kerry all the time and she remains one of my closest friends to this day. So when the Olinger family had a reunion in Scottsdale over the holiday weekend – of course I was going to be there! I didn’t have to think twice about sipping Piña Coladas at the Princess Pool with Kerry and her family! We took a break from all the action on the 4th of July to photograph Michael with his pregnant wife, Cheryl. We seriously ran up to their room for about 10 minutes and took these shots right out of the pool. I LOVE the way they turned out! Congratulations Mike And Cheryl! It was great to hang out with you!

Last week we got to photograph Pam and Steve who will be getting married at the Vintner’s Inn this year…which is one of my favorite places because we love Cathy who does the coordinating out there. Anyway Pam and Steve are a lot of fun too, we had a great shoot at the Botanical Garden. There is always just a little bit of cloud cover at the Gardens which creates a natural ‘light box’- perfect for capturing stunning photographs. And when it was time to go, Pam and Steve left us with a nice bottle of wine as a gift – I swear we have the best clients! Thanks you guys! And Cheers!
